What information do you need for a quote?
Send us the manufacturer, model or part number, fault symptoms, and any alarm LEDs or error messages. A photo of the unit label is helpful if you are unsure of the exact model. We complete our assessment within 1–2 working days and provide a confirmed quote with lead time. No fix no fee.
Do you repair end-of-life or discontinued enterprise switches?
Yes. Discontinued switches are a significant part of our workload. We review parts availability and confirm viability before proceeding.
How do you test a repaired enterprise switch?
We run port-by-port link validation across all copper and fiber interfaces, verify power input and redundancy where applicable, and confirm that the management interface is accessible.
Do you offer a warranty on repaired switches?
Yes. We provide a 2-year limited warranty covering the whole unit we refurbish, not just the fault we fixed. It does not cover the equipment the unit is installed in, or faults caused by external factors.
