Cisco Catalyst 3750-X and 3750-G repair and refurbishment.
Power circuitry repair, stacking module diagnostics, and board-level repair for the discontinued Cisco Catalyst 3750-X. Engineer-led, no fix no fee.
Catalyst 3750-X / 3750-G repair and refurbishment
The Cisco Catalyst 3750-X and 3750-G are discontinued Layer 2/Layer 3 stackable enterprise switches that remain in widespread UK service. The StackWise and StackWise-Plus stacking architecture means a single failed stack member can degrade the entire stack. These switches are deployed in enterprise distribution layers, server rooms, and campus networks. We carry out component-level repair on 3750-X and 3750-G units.
Common Catalyst 3750-X / 3750-G faults we fix
-
Power circuitry faults causing complete failure to power on or loss of power redundancy
-
StackWise stacking module faults causing the switch to drop out of the stack ring
-
PoE power delivery degradation reducing available PoE budget on PoE-equipped models
-
Boot faults caused by flash memory failure or power corruption on the boot circuit

Catalyst 3750-X / 3750-G repair FAQs
My 3750-X stack has a failed member — can you repair it without disrupting the stack?
Yes. The failed stack member can be removed from the stack and sent to us for repair while the remaining members continue to operate at reduced capacity.
Is the Catalyst 3750-X still supported by Cisco?
The Catalyst 3750-X is discontinued and past end-of-support. Third-party repair is the primary option for keeping these units in service.
My 3750-X will not power on — is this repairable?
Yes. Complete failure to power on is the most common fault. We carry out component-level repair on the power circuitry.
