The GOT1000 series, discontinued in 2020 with official service support ending in 2027, represents our highest-volume Mitsubishi repair work. Do you repair Mitsubishi GOT1000 panels?
Yes. The GOT1000 is our highest-volume Mitsubishi HMI repair. We carry out CCFL-to-LED backlight conversions, touchscreen digitizer replacements, and power supply capacitor repairs on all GOT1000 models including the GT1575-STBA.
Can you repair a GOT2000 panel that will not power on?
Yes. Power supply failure is the most common GOT2000 fault, typically caused by electrolytic capacitor degradation. This is a straightforward board-level repair that we carry out routinely.
Is the Mitsubishi GOT1000 still supported?
Mitsubishi discontinued the GOT1000 in 2020 and will accept service until 2027. After that date, third-party repair will be the only option for keeping these panels in service. We carry aftermarket parts for all common GOT1000 faults.
