My KTP Basic will not boot past the Siemens logo — can you fix this?
Yes. Boot failures on KTP Basic panels are typically caused by corrupted Windows CE images in the internal flash memory. We carry out firmware recovery where possible, or reflash the operating system if a backup image is available.
Is it worth repairing a KTP400 Basic?
