Board-level diagnostics and component-level repair for Cisco Catalyst IE-3400 rugged industrial switches. No fix no fee.
IE-3400 / IE-3400H repair and refurbishment
The Cisco Catalyst IE-3400 is the current-generation modular rugged industrial Ethernet switch platform, supporting up to 26 Gigabit Ethernet ports with expansion modules. The IE-3400H is the heavy-duty IP67-rated variant with M12 connectors for extreme environments. These are the most advanced and most expensive switches in the Cisco industrial portfolio. We carry out component-level repair on both variants, primarily on units that have exceeded their warranty or support contract.

IE-3400 / IE-3400H repair FAQs
Can you repair a Cisco IE-3400H with damaged M12 connectors?
Yes. M12 connector damage is common on the heavy-duty IE-3400H deployed in harsh environments. We assess connector integrity and carry out replacement where the connector is the fault point.
My IE-3400 expansion module has dead ports — is this repairable?
Yes. We diagnose expansion module faults at board level and carry out component-level repair where viable.
My IE-3400 will not boot — can you repair it?
Yes. Boot failures are commonly caused by flash memory chip failure or power corruption on the boot circuit. We diagnose the hardware fault and carry out the component-level repair.
