EDS-305 / EDS-308 repair and refurbishment
The Moxa EDS-305 and EDS-308 are legacy 5-port and 8-port managed industrial Ethernet switches. These have been superseded by the EDS-4000 series but remain in service across UK industrial networks. Where facilities have not yet migrated, third-party repair is the primary option for keeping these units operational.

EDS-305 / EDS-308 repair FAQs
Are the Moxa EDS-305 and EDS-308 still available new?
These models are legacy products replaced by the EDS-4000 series. Third-party repair is the practical option for keeping existing units in service.
My EDS-308 web interface is not accessible but the switch still passes traffic — what is wrong?
This is typically caused by internal flash corruption affecting the management firmware. We diagnose the hardware cause — if the fault is a failed flash memory chip, we carry out the component-level repair.
