ABB drive repair FAQs
Which ABB drive series do you repair?
We service the ACS range including the ACS150, ACS180, ACS355, ACS380, ACS550, and ACS580. If your model is not listed, contact us and we will confirm availability.
Can you refurbish ABB drives that are no longer in production?
Yes. We regularly refurbish older ACS models. We review component availability before confirming scope, and will advise you clearly if a repair is not viable.
Do you replace ABB IGBT power modules?
Yes. IGBT and rectifier module replacement is a core part of our VFD refurbishment work. We source compatible components and test the drive under controlled conditions before return.
What happens if my ABB drive cannot be repaired?
If a drive is beyond economic repair or parts are unavailable, we will advise you with a clear explanation of the failure and offer to return the unit or safely dispose of it.
