Siemens inverter drive repair and refurbishment.
Bench-level repair and refurbishment for Siemens Micromaster and SINAMICS drives. Component-level work, engineer-led diagnostics.
Siemens drives
Siemens Micromaster and SINAMICS drives are found in a huge range of UK industrial applications. Whether you have a Micromaster 440 on an ageing production line or a SINAMICS G120C in a modern panel, we carry out component-level refurbishment to avoid costly replacements.
Common faults we fix on Siemens drives
-
IGBT module and gate driver failure — a common failure mode in Micromaster and SINAMICS power stages after extended use
-
Internal relay failure causing intermittent output faults and parameter loss
-
DC bus capacitor aging resulting in DC overvoltage trips and reduced braking performance
-
Fan assembly failure on larger frame sizes causing thermal derating or shutdown

Siemens drive repair FAQs
Do you repair Siemens Micromaster drives that are out of support?
Yes. The Micromaster 420, 430, and 440 ranges are end-of-life from Siemens, but we can still carry out component-level repairs. We review parts availability before confirming work.
Will you retain my Micromaster parameters?
Yes, we back up accessible parameters before any work begins. If the memory is corrupted, we will advise on re-parameterisation using your original commissioning data.
What Siemens drive ranges do you service?
We service the Micromaster 420, 430, and 440, plus the SINAMICS V20 and G120C. Contact us if you have a different Siemens model — we can assess it on receipt.
