Omron panels
Omron NS series panels are common in UK packaging machinery and discrete manufacturing operations. The NS series has been formally discontinued and replaced by the NA5 series, creating immediate repair demand for the NS5 through NS15 range. Older NS5-SQ models used CCFL backlights with dramatically shortened life at low temperatures, while later NS models use LED backlights that are now reaching the end of their rated service life.

Do you repair discontinued Omron NS series panels?
Yes. The NS series is formally discontinued, making third-party repair the primary option for keeping these panels in service. We repair NS5, NS8, NS10, NS12, and NS15 models.
Can you repair an Omron NS panel used in a cold environment?
Yes. Older NS5-SQ models used in cold environments are particularly prone to premature CCFL backlight failure due to dramatically reduced lamp life at low temperatures. We carry out backlight replacement and LED conversions to address this.
Is it worth repairing an Omron NB series panel?
The NB series is generally too inexpensive to justify repair economics. We would recommend replacement rather than repair for NB series units, and will advise honestly during assessment.
