Can you repair a Vacon NXP used in a closed-loop winder application?
Yes. Closed-loop applications place specific demands on the encoder feedback circuit. We test encoder feedback function as part of the post-repair bench check.
My Vacon NXP has lost encoder feedback — is this the board or the wiring?
Either is possible. We carry out a bench diagnostic that isolates the fault to the drive, the encoder board, or the wiring. We advise on all findings before proceeding with repair.
Do you repair Vacon NXP drives with PROFIBUS or EtherNet/IP option cards?
Yes. Option board failures are within our repair scope. We test both the base drive and option card, source compatible replacements where required, and verify network communication before return.
